The room
One oven, one short menu
Tavola opened in 2016 with a single wood oven and eleven tables. We still have both.
The menu stays short because everything on it is made here that day. When something runs out, it runs out — and we’d rather tell you that than reheat it.

The best pizza in Rochester and it isn’t especially close. The crust has actual flavor.
We turned up at nine on a Friday with no booking, ate at the bar, and it was the best meal we’d had in months.
